The A24 Landschaft Landschaftsarchitektur GmbH is accredited in the Federal Republic of Germany and belong to the Berlin Chamber of Architects, Alte Jakobstraße 149, 10969 Berlin (responsible supervisory authority). The statutory provisions of the German Fee Regulations for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) and the German Act on the Berlin Chamber of Architects and Builders (ABKG) apply. The Berlin Chamber of Architects conducts out-of-court dispute resolution procedures pursuant to Section 9 (1) No. 9 ABK, which arise from the practice of the profession between members or between the latter and third parties, and it has formed a permanent arbitration committee for this purpose. Apart from that, we are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
We have liability insurance with VHV Allgemeine Versicherung AG. It meets the requirements of the above-mentioned legal provisions for architects. The insurance cover exists worldwide.
