Framework Station Surroundings Bremen-Vegesack

The planned redesign of Vegesack’s station square and its surroundings aims to do justice to the place in its many dimensions and to create a diverse and attractive piece of the city. At present, it does not do justice to its urban and socio-spatial role and function. As the founding square of Vegesack, it plays a historically important role in the city’s history – today this fact is neither visible nor perceptible.
