Playground Josefsanlage Schwäbisch Gmünd

With the redesign along the Josefsbach, generous new open spaces have been created in the immediate vicinity of the city center. Here, a diverse play band now stretches from the Josefsanlage at the southern endpoint of the project area to the estuary.
A sculptural wooden play element kicks off the large play area in the Josefsanlage. Here, climbing is the main focus. The dynamic climbing structure is installed from squared timbers and offers climbing opportunities for children between the ages of 4 and 12. It is located in the middle of the meadow, in a fall protection area made of gravel.
