We are a landscape architecture office based in Kreuzberg, Berlin with an international team of about 35 employees. We focus on diverse and complex projects in urban contexts and the dialogue between urbanity and landscape. Our range of work includes garden shows, parks, sports facilities, waterfront areas, inner-city open spaces, playgrounds and boulevards. We place great importance on high-quality design and construction outcomes and have been awarded several national and international prizes for this.


We are looking for a committed and experienced landscape architect with experience in project management to lead one of our project teams as soon as possible.

Your profile:

  • Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a project leader
  • Ability to lead teams and projects, and to undertake responsibility
  • Excellent design skills
  • High level of technical and construction knowledge
  • Independent and structured workflow
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken German (C1)
  • Very good knowledge of Vectorworks

Your area of responsibility:

  • Managing projects independently
  • Project controlling / cost management
  • Invoicing
  • Presenting in meetings and to external client groups
  • Mentoring team members to optimise their professional and personal development

Internship for Landscape Architecture students

A24 Landschaft is offering from October 2024 an internship to a committed Master of Landscape Architecture student for a minimum of 5 months.

You should be passionate about creating innovative design solutions, and will support the A24 team in exciting competitions and projects in the design and construction documentation phases.

The successful candidate will possess good design, Vectorworks, and Photoshop skills, as well as basic knowledge of 3D visualisation.

We are an award-winning landscape architecture office with a young, international team of 35 employees and based in Kreuzberg, Berlin. We place great importance on high-quality design and construction outcomes.
